You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the Site or our business.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We accept payments through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.). By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date payment and shipping information.

We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Baeuté Skin Solutions LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or external factors.

All of our skincare products are made fresh to order to ensure maximum quality and effectiveness. As part of our quality control process, all lotion pumps are tested individually before shipping.

Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed and shipped. This policy is in place for the safety and well-being of all our customers, and we are unable to restock or resell returned items for health reasons.

Order cancellations are not accepted once your order has been placed, as products begin production immediately.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, and you purchased shipping insurance, you must file a claim directly with the delivery carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) using your tracking and insurance details. Baeuté Skin Solutions LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit if shipping insurance was not selected at checkout.
